These booking and cancellation terms come into effect when a customer pre-books a fishing trip or falconry service from Arctic Ukuli Oy, the Service Provider. The customer agrees to these terms when making a reservation.
We handle the personal information provided by the customer to us with confidentiality.
A reservation is made in writing via email, message, or phone. These terms bind both parties after the customer has paid the advance booking fee specified in Arctic Ukuli Oy's terms. The advance booking fee for the service is 50% of the total booking price.
A booking is considered reserved when the customer has paid the advance booking fee. Customer advance bookings are due for payment no later than 30 days before the fishing trip date (50%). The booking is considered confirmed when the customer has paid the full amount no later than 14 days before the fishing trip date.
The service payment is due for payment no later than 14 days before the service date. If the booking is made later, it is due for immediate payment.
The invoice will be received via email or message. Payment can be made by bank transfer or payment link (SumUp).
The Service Provider reserves the right to consider weather conditions for fishing trips and the right to reschedule the trip. This also applies to cases of illness. If the trip is canceled due to weather conditions or reasons attributable to the Service Provider and a new trip cannot be scheduled, the full payment will be refunded to the customer.
Cancellations must always be made in writing. A cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment the Service Provider is informed of the cancellation. The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the reservation date.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law. Disputes, disagreements, or claims related to these terms or Arctic Ukuli Oy's operations will be solely resolved in a Finnish court.
